    We require a professional Administration Assistant to join our friendly, respected team in Mount Maunganui.

    In this role you'll be required to ensure the smooth running of our finance and administration functions and to provide support and assistance to the General Manager and Branch Manager when required.

    Our successful candidate will:
    • Have an excellent understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
    • Have a general understanding of Greentree or similar ERP system
    • Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
    • Have the ability to prioritise workload and multi task
    • Be self motivated, reliable and focused
    • Have the ability to relate to a wide range of people from all backgrounds in a professional manner
    • Hold a current class 1 NZ drivers licence
    • Have a good understanding of and a consistent adherence to the company's policies
    • Have good time management
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Operating Greentree ERP System
    • Daily banking and reconciliation
    • Payroll
    • Debtors / Creditors
    • Marketing
    • Answering phones
    • General office administration duties
    A minimum of 30 hours per week is on offer with overtime as required.
