  • Auto Super Shoppes in New Zealand's largest network of premium repairers with 92 top quality workshops from Whangarei to Invercargill. We are looking for a highly capable new leader with a broad set of skills to lead the Support Office team based in Albany. Responsible for initiating and maintaining benefits to an established automotive industry network, this role commands a diverse skill set as you will be responsible for general operations and the overall management of the organisation.

    Key Skills required:
    • Experience in a senior management leadership position.
    • Sound knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow management, general finance and budgeting.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with Directors, Members, Suppliers and other stakeholders.
    • Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
    • Experience with corporate governance.
    • Proven negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to understand new issues quickly, to exercise sound judgement and make timely decisions based on accurate analysis.
    • Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
    • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and to delegate.
    The ideal candidate will be have experience in adding measurable value to all stakeholders and have a track record in seeking out and exploring new areas of growth. No two days are the same and regular nationwide travel will be required.
