Multi-Media Systems is an established New Zealand owned Audio Visual Company with offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Our work is diverse, covering a broad base of Corporate Clients.
We currently have a vacancy within our busy, energetic Auckland team for an Event Production / AV Co-ordinator.
You will have the opportunity to assist with managing events from initial client meetings, technical conceptions, preproduction, to the final delivery of the event.
In addition to sound logistical planning, an important function is facilitating clear communication between the client, venue, suppliers & internal staff.
You will need:- The flexibility to work evenings, weekends and long hours
- Understanding of Technology
- Commitment to delivering a high level of Customer Service
- The ability to work within a team or sole charge
- A positive attitude and sense of humour
- The capability and desire to build relationships
- Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Problem solving abilities
