Join our growing Planning & Subdivision team
|
Due to the growth of our company, Ashcroft Homes require a Resource Consents Planner to assist our growing Planning & Subdivision Management division.
In this role you'll be responsible for providing technical advice to our planning, construction, sales and subdivision teams, securing resource consents for clients, and assisting in the implementation of subdivision consents. You will be able to utilise your planning skills and your understanding of the RMA, Auckland Unitary Plan, its amendments, appeals and associated legislation, in a fantastic team working with great people.
Does this sound like you?:- A tertiary qualification in Resource and Environmental Planning
- 1+ years experience in a planning capacity
- Sound communication and relationship management skills
- Good knowledge of the relevant Acts, legislation and practices
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
- Excellent organisational ability and good analytical skills
- Effective time management with the ability to multi-task to achieve deadlines
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
