We are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional with great people and listening skills.
Bring your existing systems knowledge to QCD and work in our small customer service team.
This role also involves:
Answering incoming calls
Assisting customers with orders
Updating our customer database
Organising checking and filing packing slips
Checking off invoices and ensuring payment is on time
Refining and creating processes and procedures for the day to day running of the office
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills with clear spoken English
Great sense of humour and a positive attitude
Happy to deal with Trade customers who want everything yesterday
Happy to go that extra mile when a customer needs our help
Full NZ drivers licence, preferred
You'll have a robust personality and the ability to get along easily with Industrial / Trades related clients & team members. You'll also have experience in Customer Service roles, ideally with some management / leadership aspects.
We also have a manufacturing arm that makes ready to install product in the External and Internal shade environment so any experience in this field would be helpful to the successful applicant.
