We are currently looking for a sole charge Administrator to join our front-line team.
This position plays a critical role in the day to day running of a busy and successful team and you will be the friendly face of our branch responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, providing administrative support, as well as ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.
This is an important role needing someone with great people skills, a positive approach to their work and the ability to use initiative and work proactively.
Other key skills and attributes include:
Experience working in a similar administration / reception role
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
An eagerness to help out wherever necessary
Excellent computer skills
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
High level of personal presentation and professionalism
Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus
Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
