We are currently looking for a confident, motivated Telemarketers / Customer Service Representatives to help drive our team towards further success.
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to our client database with the focus on generating leads for our sales team to convert to listings.
We're looking for people who are confident in what they do, with exceptional communication skills, the confidence to connect with people and handle rejection should it arise.
Ideally you will have telemarketing, call centre or sales experience, however this is not essential. What's important to us is a great attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
Other essential skills and attributes include:
A professional manner and good telephone skills
Honesty and a strong work ethic
Ability to multi-task and be flexible
A positive attitude and drive to deliver high standards of customer service
This is a casual role and is an ideal position for someone looking for a great work / life balance. You will be working a maximum of 16 hours per week and will generally need to be available from 3pm-7pm, Monday - Thursday.
