  • An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Manager to join the Toyota Sales Team. This is a key function to ensure customer satisfaction and high levels of service are delivered. The Account Manager represents a single point of contact and accountability to our corporate accounts and is responsible for maintaining and improving the relationships while successfully gaining and maintaining their business. In addition you will have excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to operate independently, think laterally and have a proven track record for sales excellence.

    Duties and Responsibilities will include:
    • Developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with corporate accounts.
    • Managing and exceeding client expectations.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business goals.
    • Maintain close contact with major accounts, highlighting planned strategies to develop profitable business and gathering information for future business plans.
    • Analyse sales performance and effectiveness of assigned accounts by regularly reviewing and identifying new opportunities.
    • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to corporate account customers.
    • Proactively identify and pursue revenue generating opportunities.
    • Presenting compelling solutions to clients and ensuring smooth delivery.
    • Keep abreast with industry trends, account moves and people moves.
    What we are after:
    • Ideally 2+ years proven experience in an Account Manager position within a B2B environment.
    • Proven and demonstrable sales ability.
    • Preferably knowledge and experience in the automotive industry.
    • Proven commitment to quality of work and client service.
    • Confident and demonstrable negotiator and presenter.
    • Solution based thinker.
    • Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel & Power point skills at an intermediate to high level.
    • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
    • Professional presentation and conduct.
    • Self-driven and motivated to achieve personal and professional objectives with minimal amount of supervision.
    • Take ownership, be highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
    • Take a passionate approach to everything they do and have strong work ethic.
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications, particularly sales or marketing or related discipline.
