  • North Western Toyota is proud to be a reputable leading company with a supportive team environment. But without great team members, we wouldn't be as successful as we are today!

We require an English and Mandarin speaking Call Centre Operator to join our team in this full time role working Monday to Friday.

This is an important position in our company, as you will be making contact with our large database of existing clients, and there is no one more important to us than our customers.

The role will suit someone with a background in outbound calling - while there is no cold calling in this position, you'll still need to be comfortable with contacting people from all walks of life. Previous experience in a call centre would be highly advantageous.

Of course, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as are strong computer skills in order to accurately complete the required documentation.

The role will suit someone who is confident; a 'go-getter' with strong initiative who is capable of working independently.

Don't miss this chance to be a part of the Toyota family. Please apply now through the online application form.
