  • We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant with a can-do attitude to provide exceptional support to three of our successful salespeople.

    You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by assisting with sales support, general administration, marketing, database management and providing business support.

    We're looking for someone with a passion for property and people who is vibrant, energetic, and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing.

    You will need to be able to demonstrate proven experience in a fast paced administration support role, with a track record of success in organising and maintaining excellent systems and management.

    Other essential knowledge and skills include:
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft - particularly Word (Mail Merge function), Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
    • Confident Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to use initiative and work proactively
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Excellent time management and organisation skills
    • High customer service focus
    • The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
    • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    This role offers plenty of variety; so our ideal candidate will need to be able to prioritise workload to sometimes conflicting deadlines - all delivered with a friendly, positive, can do attitude.

    This is a part time role, ideally working 9am-2:30pm Monday to Friday (flexible for the right candidate).
