Due to continued growth, we currently require a Telemarketer / Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.
This is a job with variety and responsibilities and will include:
Customer follow-up on new and used vehicle sales and service
Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
Customer handling and relations, and telephone interaction
Working with all depts to improve our customer service delivery
Valuable skills and attributes include:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including an outstanding telephone manner
Proven experience in a role with a strong focus on customer service
Confident all round computer skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
High standard of personal presentation
A clean drivers licence
Automotive industry experience would be a strong advantage, however is not essential.
This is a permanent part time role working 30 hours per week.
