This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our existing Call Centre team of four people in engaging with our customers from around New Zealand.
The hours for this role will be full-time rostered hours between 8am and 5.30pm, based at our Support Office in Takapuna.
About You As the 'voice' of Skin Institute, you will have excellent customer service skills and be someone who engages warmly on the phone with people from all walks of life. In this role you will take inbound calls and deal with web enquiries from all around New Zealand, so you will need to become familiar with services provided across all of our clinics.
You will also be a capable administrator, with sound computer skills and be flexible in undertaking a range of administration tasks related to our busy clinic environment. You will also have excellent written communication skills, responding to web enquiries and conveying the information to the right people.
Knowledge of Patient Information software would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
This role is a wonderful opportunity to become part of the team at our Support Office in Takapuna and to contribute to Skin Institute nationally.
