  • The Manukau and Counties Toyota Group is the largest Toyota dealer in NZ, selling and servicing hundreds of vehicles every month between our 6 sites located in South Auckland.

    We are seeking a well presented, organized receptionist with a can do attitude and a bubbly personality.

    The successful candidate will have Junior/Intermediate experience in reception duties, enjoys working with customers and has the ability to provide top level Office Support for our busy organisation.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Answering incoming phone calls
    • Opening and distributing of daily mail
    • Stationery Orders
    • Reconciling daily eftpos transactions for all sites
    • The processing of & reconciliation of specific supplier accounts
    • Processing Vehicle Change of Ownerships into LTSA systems
    • Data Entry
    Skills and experience:
    • Preferably 1 years' experience in a Reception type role
    • Great attention to detail
    • Ability to work unsupervised
    • Pro-active
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to think outside the box
    • Good data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
    • Proven time-management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Great written & oral communication skills
    • Strong customer service & conflict management skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual
