    We're currently looking for a Body Corporate Administrator to join our busy Grey Lynn office.

    In this role you will be the first point of call for any queries, as well as responsible for providing a wide range of administration support and accounts duties.

    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Providing administrative support to Account Managers
    • Formatting documents, updating database information, scheduling meetings
    • Attendance of client meetings and taking notes for the Account Manager
    • Preparing AGM documentation
    • Completing post AGM documentation and assisting with AGM tasks
    • Providing reception cover
    • Assisting with accounts and providing general support
    We need someone with previous experience in an accounting role, a proactive approach to their work and the ability to learn and think quickly on their feet!

    Other essential skills and attributes include:
    • Great organisation and task management ability
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Computer literate including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
    • Ability to prioritise tasks
    • Flexibility and experience in working in a fast paced team environment
    • Problem solving skills and high level of initiative
    • Proven customer service skills
    • Ability to show empathy to people and have high ethical standards
    • Ability to work unsupervised
    Body Corporate administrative experience is preferred, but not essential.

    This is a full time role working normal business hours with evening meetings from time to time.
