Brenda Nom Mortgages and Insurance are looking for a highly skilled Administration Support person with the flexibility to work on an on-call basis to assist in busy periods and staff leave.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Running errands eg. stationary orders
Assisting with processing Housing NZ grant applications
Completing any other reasonable tasks required by your Manager
If you are extremely organized, work accurately and quickly, with multitasking ability, then apply! This is a very busy business with a large and varied client base, so you'll need to be able to work under pressure.
You'll also need:
A recent excellent reference to back up tour skills
Strong organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail
Highly motivated and hard working
The ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
Proficient in using office programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in the Banking Industry is highly regarded but not essential.
