  • Harcourts Udy Realty are looking for an efficient Administrator to join our team in a fixed term maternity cover contract commencing mid June 2019 through to late December 2019.

    This position plays a critical role in the day to day running of a busy and successful team and you will be responsible for a variety of general administration duties, as well as ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.

    This role would suit someone with several years' work experience, who is tech savvy with a knack for numbers. Ideally you will come from an administration background with some bookkeeping experience.

    Other essential skills and attributes include:
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • The ability to face every challenge with a positive attitude
    • Experience processing accounts
    • Strong computer skills
    • Knowledge of social media
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously
    • Great people skills and a sense of humour
    This is a busy position so we need a multitasking extraordinaire that thrives under pressure, works to deadlines and is keen to assist where help is needed.

    Ideally you will live on the North Shore, and your own transport to get to and from work will be required.

    This is a part time role working 9am-2:30pm Monday to Friday.
