At KRT Building Consultants Ltd, we're wholly owned and operated by three Chartered & Registered Building Surveyors with over 70 years' of Building Surveying experience between us, over 25 of which are NZ based.
We require an Administrator to join our busy and friendly team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Process expenses and invoices through Xero
Draft invoices for approval by the directors
Run monthly profit and loss statements and GST reports in Xero
Set up payments via online banking for the directors to review and approve
Typing documents and reports
General office administration duties
Ideally you will have experience in a similar Administration role working with Xero and WorkFlow Max. However, training will be provided for the right candidate, so if you are looking to enter the workforce we would also like to hear from you.
We're able to offer permanent part time employment as one of our employees or you can join our team as a self-employed contractor. We expect that this role could range from 5-20 hours per week. For the right candidate flexible hours are on offer as is the opportunity to work from home.
