NAI Harcourts is a successful commercial property business currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the day to day facilities and other related property requirements of the commercial property portfolio in Hamilton. Properties included are wide ranging and include retail shops, industrial warehouses and commercial office buildings.
To be successful, you will need:
A willingness to provide a hands on approach to daily operations
Good problem solving skills
A pro active and self-motivated attitude, with a desire to learn
Computer literacy in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong time management skills
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised
The ability to work effectively and confidently when under time constraints
