    The new role of Service Advisor
    Working our front desk
    Supported by 2 front of house team members and 6 guys in the workshop
    You'll work alongside possibly the best General Manager in the industry
    Who inspires the team to smash their goals
    You'll be working directly with him to take our Henderson workshop to new heights
    This is a great opportunity to learn from the best

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Help our customers understand our processes (what happens next)
    • Keep customers informed of issues with their car
    • Give estimates and upsell the benefit of repairing issues found
    • Identify missed opportunities through history
    • Manage workflow and work allocation in the workshop and mobile units
    • Create invoices and receipt payments
    • Most important of all - Make Our Customers Feel Special
    There is scope to grow in this role. Once you've proved yourself, the opportunity to move into management could be within reach.
