At Auto Trans, we are an established automotive repair business.
We're looking for a hands on Office Administrator / Receptionist who enjoys multitasking to join our team working in an office / workshop environment.
In this role, you will be required to meet and greet customers in an open and friendly manner, in person and over the phone, you will be well presented, have excellent customer service skills and good telephone etiquette. Good Microsoft Office and computer skills are also essential along with good time management.
Other duties may include:
Assisting with quotes and invoicing
Parts ordering and pricing (local and overseas)
Entering customer database
Packing and labelling components for couriers
Automotive industry experience is an advantage, however is not essential. We're looking for someone who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty and will think outside of the box.
This is a part time role working 25-30 hours per week. Hours and days are flexible for the right candidate.
