  • Would you like to be in a Reception / Administration role in which you get to work with different teams, at different locations and meet new patients every day?

    This role provides the opportunity for continual learning cross multiple locations and is a role you can make your own and share your learnings across multiple Clinics and Support Office in Takapuna.

    With 9 of our clinics across the Auckland Region, we are looking for an exceptional receptionist administrator to support these Clinic teams, both from within the various clinics and from our support office which is also Auckland-based. Supporting a team of doctors, practice and appearance medicine nurses, this role is pivotal to welcoming clients, in addition to providing excellent customer service and administrative support throughout the client journey.

    You will be a confident and polished receptionist, being the welcoming and friendly face of our appearance medicine, skin (dermatology and skin cancer) and vein services at the clinics. You will also be a conscientious and organised administrator, managing bookings, billings and ensuring accurate patient records. You will also have a great phone manner and excellent written communication skills, as you will also be required to assist our Call Centre with appointment bookings and confirmations and email enquiries. Experience in medical management software and debtors management would be an advantage.

    This a full-time role at 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day Monday to Friday as rostered between the hours of 7.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. Your roster will be confirmed weekly in advance.
