Due to an internal promotion, we are currently looking for a Real Estate Administrator to join our team in Milford.
Working alongside another experienced Administrator, the role will cover the A-Z of real estate with a particular focus on entering and maintaining listings, booking and reconciling advertising campaigns and accounts payable.
This is an important role needing someone with great people skills, a positive approach to their work and the ability to cope with pressure and remain calm and professional throughout the day.
It is crucial that you have a high level of ability with IT and social media, including the ability to learn new systems and help guide our sales team where necessary. You will also need an aptitude for numbers.

Proven experience in a similar Office Administration role
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Outstanding attention to detail
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong customer focus
The ability to multi task
Friendly and personable manner
Prior experience in real estate would definitely help, but we can also offer full training to the right person.
