  • North Harbour Ford is a well established dealership on the North Shore of Auckland.

    We require a Service Advisor who prides themselves on exceptional customer service delivery to become the face of our service department. While previous industry experience is an advantage, applications from those individuals with proven customer service skills will be considered.

    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Providing the best service to customers by going the extra mile
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Sound computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
    • Impeccable time management and organisational skills
    • Previous sales experience preferred
    • A base knowledge of vehicles and servicing requirements
    You will be responsible for providing service information to the customer, at times translating technical language into customer friendly terminology, as well as, scheduling customer bookings, offering customers products and services, invoicing, receipting payments, quoting and selling parts as well as other general front-line duties.

    The North Harbour Ford Service Centre is a busy 21 bay workshop with a team that prides itself on its service delivery to its loyal customers.
