We are looking for a Property Manager to be based in our Lower Hutt office that will be part of an exceptional team that are continually striving to offer first class service to all our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Understanding and dealing with all Owner and Tenant requirements.
Completing detailed inspection reports of properties
Collection of rent and managing arrears.
Being proactive with maintenance and ensuring all required jobs are organised in a timely manner and completed to a high standard.
Keeping up to date and understanding the latest market trends and the ongoing regulatory changes to the Residential Tenancies Act.
Tenancy Tribunal and insurance work
Liaising and cooperating alongside other areas of our business.
Previous experience is not necessary however this would be an advantage. You will be able to work un-supervised with ongoing training provided.
This position is for an employee with their own reliable vehicle for which an allowance will be paid.
