This is a unique opportunity to take on a newly developed role within the Property Management division at Property Brokers. The Divisional Manager role is a senior position within the company and would report to the General Manager Property Management.
Across the Property Management industry there are very few senior positions available and, in terms of career progression or to test your skills and ability, this opportunity is rare and exciting.
Property Brokers is expanding, and the Central Divisional Manager would be responsible for the Manawatu, Wairarapa, Whanganui and more. The division covers 13 Branches, with over 30 staff. The role will primarily be based out of Head Office in Palmerston North.

The successful candidate will need to have proven leadership abilities and a comprehensive background in property management. They will need to be able to think strategically, look at tasks with a fresh perspective, and to solve challenges with ingenuity and creativity. Plus a positive, professional attitude is a must!

The candidate will also need to be proficient in identifying opportunities, plus an ability to execute changes. They need to show strong expertise in the use of spreadsheets, analytics and the application of data for reporting of the division and management of KPI's.
The role will come with a generous salary, car, and phone. In addition to the salary, the position includes performance KPI's and an annual bonus.
