    Professionals, Redcoats Limited is an award-winning real estate sales team. We are local property experts who specialise in all facets of residential real estate from sales and marketing to property management, body corporate, letting and investment. Our five offices are located in Lower Hutt, Stokes Valley, Wainuiomata, Eastbourne and Wellington. We have a combined sales force of over 50 salespersons supported by administration staff and an in-house Marketing Department.

    About the Role

    After enjoying the support of an outstanding Marketing Administrator for the past 3 years, she is leaving us to further her career and we whole heartedly support that. We're now seeking an agile Administrator to own this exciting opportunity. As a Marketing Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the Marketing Department in all aspects of advertising and marketing

    What you will be doing:
    • Coordinate all advertising and ensure it is produced in a timely and accurate manner
    • Process marketing packages and advertising in Property Suite
    • Own the marketing Super User role for Property Suite
    • Charge salespersons and vendors for advertising
    • Develop and maintain strong relationship with Sales, PA and admin teams
    • Initiate best practices in advertising coordination duties
    • Processing and printing of additional marketing resources
    • Maintain currency of marketing material to the desired company standard
    About You:
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration role
    • Methodical and accurate
    • Able to multi task
    • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
    • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Excel, Word, etc.
    • Proven resilience and the ability to work well under pressure
    • Positive and professional work ethic
    • Technical ability to learn new internal systems quickly
    • InDesign & Photoshop experience is preferred but not essential
    • Property Suite experience is preferred but not essential
