    We require the services of a person with strong office administration background who is capable of the following:
    • Experience with MYOB accounting system, MYOB Payroll, Microsoft Excel & Word
    • Monthly accounts preparation
    • Assist with the preparation of documents for contract tenders
    • Debtors
    • Creditors
    • GST & PAYE returns
    • Maintaining Employment contracts and job descriptions
    • Payroll
    • Implementation of insurance requirements
    • Quotes
    • Fleet management
    • Customer service
    • Permits / consents
    The successful candidate will:
    • Be happy to multi-task and possess flexibility to meet our changing daily demands.
    • Be unflappable in time-frame pressure situations.
    • Have a good sense of humour and be able to deal with a wide range of people, tasks and priorities.
    • Previous experience in the contracting industry will be an advantage.
