    About the opportunity:

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR Department in a new full-time position based. Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will be working closely with managers in supporting and administering the Company recruitment and onboarding process whilst providing administrative support across the HR function. As part of this role, you will be:
    • Supporting department managers in staff recruitment (advertising through to appointment).
    • Oversee, support and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding experiences.
    • Managing the admin tasks such as probationary periods, staff anniversaries, changes to employment.
    • Liaise with payroll, supporting preparation of payroll documents and covering in the absence of the Payroll Advisor.
    • Coordinating all training administration for the Company, including overseeing the completion of eLearning modules, facilitating inductions for new employees, and maintaining learning records.    
    • Providing admin support during annual HR processes including performance reviews, salary reviews, leaving monitoring etc.
    • Assist with ongoing HR related projects and other ad hoc activities.
