    About the opportunity:

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at our Pukekohe Branch. The main purpose of this job is to create a customer first experience for every customer that walks in through our doors. As part of this role, you will be:
    • Accurately booking service and repair appointments
    • Quotations, costing and invoice completion.
    • Liaising between our Workshop Technicians and customers ensuring they are kept well informed of their vehicles progress during service and/or repair.
    About you:
    • Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience, or similar in an Automotive Dealership environment
    • Outstanding customer service skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Well organised with the ability to work in a fast paced friendly environment
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, for invoicing and administration duties
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Sound computer skills and the willingness to learn new systems and processes
    • Ability to work on rostered Saturdays
    • A full valid NZ drivers licence
