    About the opportunity:

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Operations Trainer to join our Service Department in a new full-time position. Reporting to the Group Service Manager, this role will see you delivering training services to all customer facing and service support new starters within the department and to provide ongoing training and support to existing team members, once you have undergone full training yourself with our Service Operations.

    As part of this role, you will be:
    • Ensuring that induction and training modules are available, current and consistently delivered to all employees across all four branches
    • Ensuring knowledge and skills of permanent staff are maintained to the required standard
    • Maintaining and monitoring a robust recording and reporting system on any training delivered to staff
    • Making new recommendations based on regular training needs and development of staff
    • Work with HR on induction and on-boarding requirements for new starters
    About you:
    • A passion for workplace induction, training, and development
    • Understanding of and experience in workplace training including Learning and Development methodologies, adult learning principles and more.
    • Experience in a similar role where you were able to use your skills and experience in a dynamic and growing business
    • Excellent administrator and have great communication and people skills
    • Process and outcome driven, capable multi-tasker and proven team player
    • Comfortable with information technology and possess well-honed reporting skills
    • An advantage to have technical knowledge and experience within the automotive industry
