    This Administration Assistant position is based in our head office in Lower Hutt. It will ideally suit someone who has been working in an administrative position for at least 5-7 years and wants to gain experience in all aspects of administration within the property industry. Reporting to the Assistant Manager - Sales and Administration this is a varied role with a primary focus on new builds/subdivisions, but also assisting in many areas of the company including AML verification, back up to our Front of House and various other tasks to assist the administration division.

    Key attributes the ideal person will need for this role are:
    • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a similar administration position.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability with their time to meet deadlines.
    • Organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities (and at times conflicting priorities) with a high level of success.
    • The confidence to work autonomously and take responsibility for day to day issues.
    • Excellent computer skills particularly in all Microsoft Suite applications.
    • Experience in the property industry an advantage, but not essential.
