    We are looking for an Academic Quality and Compliance Manager to work across key relationships to ensure delivery of all courses at Safety 'n Action are established and maintained at the highest quality level with no compliance issues.

    The focus for the role is:
    • To assist the Head of Product in designing excellent programmes, curriculums and assessments.
    • Lead and support initiatives aimed at organisational capability building in self-assessment and compliance.
    • Guide, monitor and support the outcome focused self-assessment of all programmes, the completion of formal programme reviews, and the implementation of internal and external moderation plans.
    • Be responsible for ensuring regular monitoring and adherence to Industry and NZQA Programme Approval and Accreditation requirements occurs.
    • Ensure timely provision of all required academic reporting and reviews.
    • Alert the Senior leadership team to any issues in any aspect of educational performance and self-assessment that fails to meet requirements and maintain that alert until the matter has been addressed and resolved.
    You will already have experience at a senior level administering quality and compliance frameworks for organisations, ideally within a Tertiary Education organisation. You will ideally be familiar with MS Dynamics, PowerBI, Wisenet, STEO/ SDR and Moodle/Totara. And capable of implementing change as part of the group's continuous improvement philosophy.
