  • Maxwells is a new independent company that has been formed to specialise in facilities management to Body Corporates & commercial landlords and part of a larger property related business.

    Our company offers a wide range of services to Body Corporates and landlords. These services may include responding to urgent maintenance, preparation of maintenance plans and consulting services. We are the first point of call for all stakeholders. Our clients rely on us to manage their day-to-day maintenance requests, planned maintenance, service contracts and provide maintenance advice and recommendations and ensure buildings are compliant.

    We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference and play an integral part in the growth of new business opportunity and in return, their career.

    To be considered for the role you will need to have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or have a trade or construction background and enjoy working independently and looking for a new challenge.

    Other essential skills and attributes include:
    • Ability to facilitate and manage sub-contractors and tradesman
    • Ability to build relationships with our clients, subcontractors and Body Corporates.  
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently  
    • Confident getting around different systems and technology
    • Excellent time management and prioritisation of tasks
    • Some project management experience
