Provide administration support to our logistics department

Chances are you've been into a shop recently that the Dimension Team has fitted out. We create solutions for local businesses as well as top international brands.
From tender through to handover, Logistics is an integral element of our overall process. The Logistics Department at Dimension Shopfitters incorporates the delivery of joinery and other items to site, as well as the management of our separate warehouse and Factory Storeroom.
We are looking for a superstar Logistics Coordinator to join our team in this newly created role.
In this role you will oversee the administrative requirements of the department, alongside supplementary support duties - including providing assistance for the Joinery Production Manager when required.
Main duties will include:
Budget checking and reporting
Assist with planning/organising out of town deliveries
Assist with external freight solutions
Monthly factory storeroom stocktake
Keeping our Logistics areas tidy and organised
Monitoring our drivers hours
Assist with fleet management
Key skills and attributes include:
A people person and have the ability to get along with many different personalities
Strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft office 365
Ability to pick up new systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A current full NZ driver's licence
A sense of humour, can-do attitude and problem solving skills
Happy to muck in and help out when required, you won't be chained to the desk
