    The team at Barfoot & Thompson Kerikeri are seeking a dynamic person keen to take on all aspects of Property Management. Our sales team and market share has grown tremendously in the last 2 years and we are hoping for the same success in Property Management. We need someone who is business minded and has the drive to grow our existing portfolio while providing a gold standard of service.

    Whilst experience in property management is preferred, it is not essential, as full training will be provided by Head Office.

    To succeed in this role, you'll need:
    • A full, clean NZ drivers licence
    • Strong people skills, communication and relationship building skills
    • Excellent computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems and follow procedures
    • A strong and reliable work ethic
    • A willingness to learn
    • To be prepared to go the extra mile
    • Ability to problem solve and think outside the square

    Hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday-Friday with the exception of answering emergency calls from clients outside of those hours
