  • An exciting opportunity exists within our real estate organisation for a full time Personal Assistant to join one of our Top 3 Award winning agents in Tremains Tauranga Central office.

    We are seeking a multi-talented Personal Assistant with a background in Real Estate who wants to take their career to the next level. You will have an integral role to play in building upon the systems and procedures already in place.

    We are searching for intelligent, self-motivated, well presented professional, with real estate experience who enjoys working hard and having fun! You will have a high degree of accuracy, excellent time management and organisational skills, while maintaining an unflustered approach to your role.

    Skills must include:
    • A minimum of 2 years experience as a PA or Administrator in the Real Estate Industry is required
    • Strong Personal Assistance and administrative skills and experience is essential
    • Highly organised and professional
    • Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to proof read
    • Ability to prioritise and meet the commitment of all priorities
    • Comprehensive understanding of Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Distiller
    • Skilled in Social Media
    • Motivated and able to work unsupervised
    • Ability to pre-empt needs
    • Deadline driven and hardworking
    • Make good use of your initiative
    • Sense of humour
    • Exceptional can do, willing, adaptable and flexible attitude
    The range of duties and responsibilities will include:
    • Diary management
    • Database management, including updating and maintaining
    • Social Media/Online promotion
    • Preparation of flyers, advertising packs and brochures
    • Formatting, editing and proofing of documentation
    • Ensure the agent operates effectively and efficiently
    • Processing all listing documentation
    • Preparation of sale and purchase and auction agreements
    • General administration
