We have a drive within our division to ensure we have a thorough understanding of the Unit Titles Act 2010, to maintain robust systems and processes to assist bodies corporate to comply with the Act and to provide information and services to help body corporate chairpersons, committees and members to understand and meet their obligations under the Act. We, therefore, ensure ongoing industry related training opportunities for all team members.

We currently have an opportunity for a professional and career-minded person to join our team as an Account Manager based out of the Lower Hutt City centre office.

About the role
Being responsible for an established and varied portfolio of properties, you will be the face of Oxygen Strata Limited's Body Corporate business, providing our clients with excellent customer service and expert advice. You will have a natural ability to solve problems and will have outstanding planning and organisational skills.
Expected Duties will include:
We offer the following:
- Direct communication to committee members/unit owners as may be required on body corporate matters.
- Meeting Preparation, Attendance and recording - Committee, and General Meetings.
- Regular financial reporting, Budgeting & Debt Collection.
- Research on the Unit Titles Act and review of decided case law.
- Monitoring and Reviewing Health and Safety information when required.
- Communication with trade suppliers and contractors, including invoice approvals.
- Preparation and issuance of disclosure certificates.
- Basic office administration tasks.
