  • Bayleys Southland is a successful residential real estate office that is enjoying excellent results and growth. We are seeking administrative support that will be an integral part of the teams continued success.

    Whether you are an administrator who is earlier in their career and has a strong desire to learn on the job, or an experienced senior administrator looking for a new opportunity, Bayleys Southland want to hear from you!

    Both positions require great computer skills and exceptional attention to detail. You will be incredibly well organised and able to effectively juggle a number of tasks at any one time. You will be utilising your relationship management and customer service skills on a daily basis.

    These positions will suit someone who loves working at a fast pace in an exciting and rewarding industry. You will play a key role in the smooth-running of the business by ensuring processes (and compliance) are followed. We are looking for engaging individuals with a growth mindset and a positive outlook.

    The successful candidates must have:
    • An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and be tech-savvy
    • The ability to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritise work effectively, under pressure, and to tight deadlines
    • Take ownership of situations and is visibly accountable for his / her outputs and contribute to an enjoyable working environment
    • A service orientated and solutions focussed approach
    • Be a self-starter who maintains a consistent high level of energy in a wide variety of situations
    • Have a proven strong track record in an administration role in a busy office or be able to demonstrate transferable skills if you are earlier in your career
    • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not essential.
