    We are seeking a passionate and creative team player with experience working in customer service and administration. You will have excellent problem solving skills and proven experience in dealing with challenging situations and difficult customers. Previous experience in Marketing is beneficial but not essential.

    We are well known for delivering market leading Health and Safety training and we are seeking someone who truly understands what excellence in customer service looks like to help us maintain and grow our presence in market.

    Acting as a liaison, you will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients and sales team members might face. Other key duties include:
    • Create and monitor training agreements
    • Assist with "unsold seats" strategy, providing insights and ways to improve
    • Work with our scheduling team to offer course dates to clients and place course bookings
    • Assist with responses from EDM's and other marketing campaigns
    • Complete social media tile designs (inDesign) for social media pages
    • Provide innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
    • Action changes to website and marketing material as directed by the Marketing team
    • Undertake other duties as assigned by management
    Our training solutions are industry aligned with presence nationally. Therefore we are seeking someone who brings agility and creativity to change with an adaptability to systems and technology, and is well versed in Microsoft CRM and Adobe Creative Suite. This is a busy role that requires effective communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
