Euromarque Christchurch are currently looking for our next Parts Advisor superstar to join the team at our multi franchise dealership, Euromarque in Christchurch Central.
Our Parts Advisors are responsible for supplying our customers with a high level of service through excellent communication and attention to detail.
Daily duties would include taking customer enquiries, parts sourcing, checking and receipting in freight, invoicing, administration tasks, communicating with our Service department, and keeping our customers informed on all aspects of their experience with us to build long lasting relationships.
Our ideal candidate for this position would have:
Previous automotive experience, preferably with knowledge of vehicle parts
Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
Good verbal and written communication skills
Be able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to recognise concerns before the escalate
Good computer knowledge
Enjoy a customer facing role
Be able to work with a team and as an individual
High level of personal presentation

Position is Monday-Friday with rostered Saturdays.
