  • A diverse & multi-cultural organisation that adds to the richness of who we are
  • Most customer friendly dealership in New Zealand

  • We are proud to be a reputable, leading organisation in the Motor Industry with a vision of "Creating Advocates for Life". This is made possible by the team working with us as without them we wouldn't be as successful as we are today!

Recently we added a fourth location to our group of dealerships that services the North Shore and West Auckland. Currently in phase of growth, we're looking to add incredible people to our Business Support team and we have two different accounts roles available. Both will be based at our North Shore branch.

The first is an Accounts Support position that is all-encompassing and designed to support our busy accounts team by taking on some daily tasks and also providing cover for leave and busy periods throughout the month. The daily tasks are banking, mail distribution, stationery management, a bit of AP and AR, assisting with reconciliations and processing invoices. There will be lots of variety with no 2 days being the same. This is a part-time 30-hour p/w position that would ideally suit a reliable person with accounts experience, however training will also be provided.

For the second position, we are looking for a full-time experienced Accounts Administrator. This is a great role for an 'all-rounder' who has experience with AP, AR and GL. You will be jointly responsible for all functions within AP and banking including the relating GL reconciliations as well as AR for our manufacturer warranty claims. To excel in this role, you'll have the ability to deal with high volumes of invoices and multiple cost centres. Balancing accuracy with timeliness in a fast-paced environment is a must. If you are a creative problem solver with the desire to be challenged, this could be the right opportunity for you to learn, grow and teach.

To be successful in these positions, you will need to:
    • Enjoy, and remain calm when, working towards deadlines
    • Be an independent worker with a positive attitude
    • Have accurate data entry skills, be team focused and have an honest work ethic
    • Previous motor industry experience would be an advantage but not essential.
We're a sociable team with a good sense of humour, so you'll need excellent interpersonal skills, a high standard of English and tidy personal presentation.

As part of our dedicated team, you'll enjoy the personal benefit of being coached and mentored by an experienced and professional senior leadership team and will have the opportunity to expand your skills set.

Our history goes back to 1989 and we have built long lasting relationships with our customers in that time. By joining us you can be secure in the knowledge you're becoming part of a dedicated and motivated team who are committed to providing an excellent experience to our customers.
