We require an English and Mandarin speaking Call Centre Operator to join our team in this full time role working Monday to Friday between 7am-6pm.
You will be based at our brand new purpose built contact centre in a great Hobsonville location.
You will be responsible for contacting our existing customer database to make bookings for our service department, selling service plans and warranties, taking general enquiries and finding the right person to help, and office administration.
This is an important position in our company as there is no one more important to us than our customers.
The role will suit someone with a call centre or customer service background - while there is no cold calling in this position, you'll still need to be comfortable with contacting people from all walks of life.
To be successful you will need:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High empathy and the ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
The ability to work from home at short notice (equipment provided)
A Sales background is of benefit but not essential
The role will suit someone who is confident; a 'go-getter' with strong initiative who is capable of working independently.
