  • A rare opportunity for someone with great customer service skills, who will thrive looking after inbound sales, to join one of Auckland's leading full-service signage companies that is experiencing strong growth.  This is a key role in our small but growing team in a premium busy Central Auckland location.

    This role would suit someone who loves working with customers, and is committed to keeping our awesome customers happy on a daily basis. Tasks include:
    • Managing all customer enquiries, including front counter, in-bound website enquiries, telephone and email
    • Sales support and managing inbound sales, including; providing quotes, scheduling jobs with our in-house design and production team, processing sales orders, and invoicing
    • Various administration functions, including sending out customer invoices and month end statements and some accounts duties
    • Work with key suppliers, ordering materials and supplies as required
    • Opportunity to develop your design skills, or learn from scratch - get involved and learn the ropes on our signage design software.
    Knowledge / Skills:
    • Strong communication skills are essential - as a significant part of this role involves communicating with customers over the phone, email, and in person.
    • Excellent customer experience - passionate about delivering the best product and service to our customers
    • Some knowledge or experience in signage or related industry is desirable, but not essential. However you must be keen to learn!
    • Highly organised to manage customer requirements and co-ordinate order priorities with our design and production team
    Some level of experience in bookkeeping, MYOB or XERO would be beneficial as well as office manager and administration skills.
