The Harcourts Hamilton Body Corporate Team is highly successful in their field and offers exceptional Body Corporate Management service to all our clients, tradespeople and associates.
We are looking for a Body Corporate Maintenance Coordinator to become a part of our passionate and successful team.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Organising quotes, issuing work orders and overseeing the completion of jobs on a daily bases
Systems data updates and record management
Liaising with clients, contractors and associates
Working with team members to ensure all body corporate obligations are being met
Supporting team members with daily tasks
Our ideal applicant will have a background in administration coordination or similar.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
