  • McMullen and Wing are seeking applications for multiple Fabricator / Welder vacancies.

    Applicants are required to have experience in either steel, aluminium heavy plate fabrication and welding.

    The Role

    The applicant will answer to the supervisor or team leader working on New Builds or Repairs and Maintenance in the commercial and recreational sector.

    The role requires:
    • Fabrication and setup of hull and superstructures on vessels ranging from 10 to 35m
    • Good English communication skills
    • A proven track record of work to high standards
    • Ability to read and understand workshop drawings
    • A good team player
    • Legal status to work in NZ and already be living in New Zealand
