Has an existing established network with NZ's medium to large employers
A great hunter of new business
Able to build rapport and relationships quickly with people
A team player who loves contributing to culture
Able to lead a presentation end to end
Innovative and able to think on your feet
Tonnes of initiative 'if it is to be its up to me'
Can work at speed and accomplish a lot in a day
Experienced in using a CRM system (ideal but not essential)
Experience in the education industry (ideal but not essential)
