    We are currently looking for a warm, friendly, frontline Administrator to join our exciting team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:
    • The accurate entering of listing and sale details into our systems
    • Liaising with the manager, sales team, advertising companies, suppliers and lawyers
    • Balancing the sales budgets with actual spending
    • Managing and receipting client payments
    • Answering the phones, greeting visitors and directing them to the right person
    • Taking care of customer enquiries, questions and concerns
    • Assisting in setting up the meeting room and catering
    • General administrative duties and ensuring the office is running at maximum efficiency
    This is an important role so we need someone with a positive, proactive approach to their work and the ability to learn and think quickly on their feet.

    Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous administration experience in the real estate industry who is ready to hit the ground running. However, if you have the ability to learn quickly, follow processes and systems and have the desire to achieve, we want to hear from you!

    This is a full time role working 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday with a competitive remuneration package on offer.
