    Bayleys in Invercargill continues to build a great track record as a successful real estate company with strong management in place supporting a high performing team.

    We are now looking for an Admin "superstar" who has plenty of energy, enthusiasm and great secretarial/marketing skills to step up and take ownership of this varied and challenging position.

    This role will suit someone who loves working at a fast pace while effectively juggling a number of tasks at any one time. Duties include everything from fronting reception, creating marketing collateral for properties for sale, preparing relevant documents including submissions and sales and purchase agreements, office diary and database management, and importantly being very much part of the team.

    An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite is essential, while also being able to quickly learn industry specific specialist software tools. You will be able to operate with the highest level of professionalism at all times, have strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail. You will have excellent time management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. You will be energetic and have a pro-active approach. Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not essential.

    Ideally this role will be full time and based in Invercargill, however for the right applicant we will also look at school hours and/or a base in Gore for some of the time.
