    We are looking for a Property Manager that will be part of an exceptional team that are continually striving to offer first class service to all our customers.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Understanding and dealing with all Owner and Tenant requirements.
    • Completing detailed inspection reports of properties.
    • Collection of rent and managing arrears.
    • Being proactive with maintenance and ensuring all required jobs are organised in a timely manner and completed to a high standard.
    • Keeping up to date and understanding the latest market trends and the ongoing regulatory changes to the Residential Tenancies Act.
    • Tenancy Tribunal and insurance work.
    • Liaising and cooperating alongside other areas of our business.
    To be successful in this role you will need a proven track record in property management, as well as the ability to be comfortable working in a high energy environment. You will be able to work un-supervised with ongoing training provided.

    It is essential you hold a full drivers license.
