  • The Job:

    We're experiencing some exciting changes, and with that comes an opportunity for a Body Corporate Relationship Manager to join our fun-loving and dedicated team.

    The Body Corporate Relationship Manager will manage and nurture a portfolio of our buildings, providing excellent customer service, a high degree of organisation and time management skills, along with strong attention to detail.

    We're looking for a team-player with great communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt confidently.

    The role includes:
    • Manage and nurture a residential and commercial portfolio of buildings
    • Facilitate AGM's, EGM's and Committee Meetings 
    • Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors
    • Day-to-day Administrative work
    What we need from you:
    • Knowledge of the Property/Body Corporate Industry
    • Experiencing working in a professional office
    • Excellent verbal and written skills
    • The ability to develop and manage personable client relationships
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
    • Ability to attend meetings afterhours
    Knowledge of the Unit Titles Act 2010 and Regulations with previous Body Corporate experience will be highly advantageous, however the most important attributes for us is someone who is vibrant, is willing to learn and loves a challenge - and If you've got a positive outlook and a can-do attitude, you'll fit right into our team.

    Hours of business are 8.30 - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with some flexible working options available.
